Welcome to Northwestern University Summer Conferences! We look forward to serving you.
During your time dining with us, please review the following Frequently Asked Questions:
1) What time will my group be dining? Please refer back to your group lead or counselor for specific dining times.
2) Which dining hall will my group dine? Please refer back to your group lead or counselor for specific dining locations.
3) What happens if I forget my card? Unfortunately, if you forget your card, Northwestern Dining will not be able to allow immediate entry. Please locate your group lead or counselor and the counselor will have extra meal cards to swipe you in. All group leads are aware of the policy and will be your best resource if you happen to misplace or forget your card. We know how hungry everyone will be during meal times and we want to ensure that the dining experience is pleasant for all. Please remember to bring your card so the line moves quickly and smoothly.
4) What happens if my card doesn't work? We will work quickly to resolve any card issues. Please notify your group lead or counselor immediately if you encounter any issues. Group leads and counselors, please notify on-site dining management of any issues.
